This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Ketelo, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively “Ketelo”), which are committed to the protection of the privacy of our clients’ and employees’ information.

California privacy rights

California law permits customers in California to request certain details about how their “personal information” (as defined by California Civil Code Section 1798.83) is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties or affiliates for those third parties’ or affiliates’ own direct marketing purposes. Your inquiry must specify “California Privacy Rights Request” in the subject line of the email or the first line of the letter, and include your name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code. Please note that we are only required to respond to one request per California resident each year.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah

The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), and Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA) all require Ketelo to provide consumers with a reasonably clear and meaningful privacy notice that advises consumers of the information contained in this Privacy Policy. A resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah may request to exercise such resident’s rights under the VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, or UCPA (as applicable) by submitting such request at the address provided in the “Contact Us” section below. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah consumers may appeal any decision made by Ketelo with respect to their rights via e-mail or by mail.
